Waves, zero point

Waves, I wonder why when I look at them I feel at home, like they call me to join in their fun. I could spend hours studying their path as they flow in, then back out again. Nothing sets a smile on my face and my imagination soaring like the smell of the ocean, salt, fish, and a hint of something powerful similar to smelling energy.

When I visit the ocean, I experience a time of timeless time. Nothing except the Now matters; all else fades away into non-existence. Like a freed bird my imagination takes me to a time when I was an adventuring Viking, sailing the seas and seeking out treasures from exotic places.

Waves, I'd wager, if you stared at them long enough, intently enough, you'd feel it too...the memory of days passing boat on waves...forever etched into our collective shared reality beyond space and time
